Job Description
Summary
Snowbridge Inc. is looking for a Customer Service and/ or Administrative professional who values teamwork, organization, and supporting clients. We are a trusted commercial sewer and drain company that operates in Summit County, Eagle County, and beyond. Our clients rely on us to provide professional and consistent services that keep their businesses and homes operational.
As part of our office team you'll play a key role in providing a seamless experience from a customers’ first call to final payment. The Customer Service Representative is also responsible for scheduling our field staff and ensuring both clients and staff remain aware of any changes to the schedule or service.
This is an in-person, administrative role and does not require any previous knowledge of Sewer and Drain Services, although it can be helpful. The position will require you to learn and utilize CRM software. Trainings will be provided both in person and via an online academy.

Essential Functions

- Receive incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service to clients
- Build job cards and daily schedules
- Review appointment cards for accuracy and helpfulness
- Confirm upcoming appointments with clients
- Create invoices and estimates
- Receive payment on invoices
- Advise Office Manager of escalating customer situations or payment issues
- Learn and utilize CRM software
- Organize and classify files and documents in a helpful and meaningful way
- Work with other CSR’s and Office Manager to ensure positive collaboration in the office
- Work with all Snowbridge staff to ensure positive and efficient work environment
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned by leadership
Competencies
Supervisory Responsibility
No employees report to this position; however, this position will contribute performance feedback on appropriate staff.
Work Environment
Functions in controlled climate office/shop environment. The position may be exposed to chemical fumes/residue, equipment with moving parts, routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, tablets, smart phones, landline phones, photocopiers, scanners, etc.
Physical Demands
This position is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, crouch, bend, reach for and carry objects, with a full range of body movements including the use of hands to finger, handle and feel objects including computer keyboarding. Must be able to lift and carry 20 lbs. Must have command of all five senses: hearing, touch, smell, taste and sight, including close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Standard hours for this position are 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with an unpaid lunch and potential for occasional overtime hours.
Travel
No travel is anticipated for this position, other than occasional local errands.
Required Education and Experience and Licensing
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of office experience or other work experience which includes proficient use of computers
Preferred Education and Experience
3 years office experience
1 year service industry experience
Work Authorization / Security Clearance (if applicable)
Eligible to work in the United States including clearance to work on Federal Contracts

Starting pay for this position is $23. Starting pay may be above or below based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
Snowbridge takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience relevant to the position for which they are applying, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
