Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and manage effective training programs for our sales team. This role focuses on enhancing the performance of sales representatives by providing them with the tools, knowledge, and coaching they need to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales (preferably in extended warranty industry), experience in managing teams, and a passion for developing talent.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver sales training sessions, including product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and CRM usage.

  • Evaluate individual and team performance to identify training needs.

  • Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve performance and achieve targets.

  • Monitor and report on training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align training with business goals.

  • Update training materials to reflect changes in products, services, or market trends.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and competitive landscape.

  • Organize continuous learning sessions, workshops, and role-plays.


Education & Experience:

  • 1+ years of management experience
  • 2 + years of auto insurance experience
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • General computer skills, proficient on Google docs, slides and spreadsheet creation
  • Office Management experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in education (preferred)


Compensation Package – Sales Trainer

  • Base Salary: $75,000 annually

  • Performance Bonus: 10% of annual salary ($7,500)

  • Bonus Eligibility Criteria:

      • A bonus is awarded if 70% or more of trained sales employees are retained within a 12-month period.

      • Retention is calculated based on employees who complete onboarding/training and remain actively employed.

  • Total Potential Compensation:  $82,500 annually

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 9a-6p (Based on business needs)
