Job Description Summary:

Be the go-to training contact for new users after tool demos, help them feel supported and confident from day one.


Essential Functions and Job Duties:

- Deliver in-depth onboarding sessions for internal teams, customers, and vendors, tailored to their specific needs.

- Develop and maintain self-service resources like onboarding guides, walkthrough videos, and FAQs that are clear, accessible, and consistently update.

- Host live or recorded webinars to support product rollouts, process updates, and enhancements.

- Partner with the Digital Experience team to build a searchable Help Center filled with screenshots, tooltips, and how-to content.

- Collect feedback from users and frontline teams to identify training gaps, user experience improvements, or feature requests.

- Translate user feedback into clear business requirements and collaborate with development teams to bring new ideas to life.

- Support the testing of new features and functionality to ensure a smooth experience for users at launch.

- Tailor training content to specific departments—like Service, Parts, Procurement, and Business Development—to ensure role relevance.

- Work with team managers to ensure each user group receives focused, role-specific training.

- Lead recurring sessions for new hires and provide ongoing training opportunities to support continuous learning and long-term user success.


Requirements

Role Competencies:

- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in live and recorded formats

- Experience building onboarding guides, tutorials, or walkthroughs 

- Comfortable engaging with a range of audiences, from customers and vendors to internal teams 

- Familiarity with digital tools, CRM platforms (like Salesforce), or web-based applications 

- Ability to translate complex or technical content into clear, simple instructions 

- Nice to Have: 

- Have experience with screen recording or video creation tools 

- Have worked in a healthcare, tech, or customer-facing environment 

- Have experience writing user stories or business requirements and working with dev teams 

- Are energized by teaching others and improving the way teams learn
