- Manage and Process APAC incoming orders and MWD and RMA request daily within 4 business hours of receipt
- Reviewing purchase order teams and conditions for company protection
- Reviewing orders and opportunities for compliance including pricing, terms, and contract specifications
- Monitor and advise Finance and Accounting on revenue recognitions and commission implications.
- Identify and implement improvement processes to increase order processing operational efficiency.
- Work with Order Fulfillment to coordinate product shipments and resolve issues with freight forwarders as needed in the time zone.
- Month-end and Quarter end support with extended hours
- Proven ability to provide exceptional high-end customer service
- Experience in enterprise technology sales is a plus
- Accurately follow standard operating procedures established by the business unit
- Experience with order processing and sales cycles
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Change Management Skills: Follow Up, Follow Through, Accountability, Sense of Urgency, and superior customer service
- Microsoft Excel and other MS office applications – Proficient user
- Enterprise CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce.com
- Oracle
- Ticket management
- 4+ years of industry experience in Sales Operations or Sales
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT related career experience is a plus
APAC Order Management Team is a remote team working in Bangalore , Karnataka. This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
