What are we looking for?
Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Deputy Imaging Manager to join our Imaging with a competitive salary range on offer, from £72,000, depending on experience.
This is a full time, permanent role with the following shift patterns:
Monday – Friday 0900-1700
Other shift patterns may be required as per department needs

The Deputy Imaging Manager oversees the running of the Imaging Services, supervises technical and clerical personnel, developing the service to fit with changing demands, working as part of a team and under the overall guidance of the Radiology Manager to ensure the highest standard of service to patients, consultants and visitors.
The role support and deputise for the Radiology Manager and act as clinical lead for clinical and non-clinical staff, while undertaking clinical duties.
The Deputy Imaging Manager will perform analysis to evaluate and create new processes and operating procedures, revises procedures on a continuous improvement basis to achieve maximum efficiency.
What will your duties include?
Monitors, evaluates and reports status of departmental operations. Performs analysis and management studies to evaluate effectiveness of department. Acts as a liaison internally and externally.
Professionally and legally responsible for all aspects of own practice, working within national legislation, departmental and hospital wide policy, Code of Conduct and professional guidelines ensuring delivery of imaging services emulates "best practices"
Manages staffing levels, skill mix and capacity; is proactive in recruitment and retention initiatives to ensure availability of staff
Responsible for delivery of Imaging Services projects with stakeholder engagement.
Conducts recruitment, induction, performance management, disciplinary action of all staff, including agency staff
Other duties as assigned.
What we need from you?
Minimally a BSc (Hons) Radiography, DCR(D) Diploma of the College of Radiographers or equivalent required
Current valid Healthcare Professional Council (HCPC) registration required
Trained to cannulate and administer contrast agents required
Certified Radiation Protection Supervisor required
Significant supervisory/management experience in Radiology
