The Job
We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Payments Technical Specialist to join our growing team.You'll be the go-to expert for our embedded payments functionality, supporting both internal teams and external customers with setup, integration and troubleshooting. You'll also play a key role in shaping the future of our platform by working closely with the product and development teams.

Location: Leeds, LS15 or Reading, RG1 (hybrid)
What You’ll Do
Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams on the setup, integration and use of our embedded payments functionality.
Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with the product and development teams to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of new features.
Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in payment processing and related technologies.
Work closely with the Payment Solutions Specialist to ensure seamless customer experiences.
