- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google
- Lead, direct, and develop the Digital Performance team in managing all Paid Marketing Channels at Cermati Fintech Group.
- Design, implement, and evaluate media buying and paid marketing strategies to support customer acquisition and growth.
- Manage the digital marketing budget with a focus on cost efficiency, ROI, and achieving business targets, while being accountable to the finance team and preparing weekly budget monitoring reports.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, CRM, Product, and IT teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from paid ads to Cermati Fintech Group's acquisition channels.
- Conduct data analysis, customer segmentation, and audience targeting optimization together with the Data team to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Perform routine A/B testing to identify the most effective approaches for enhancing campaign performance.
- Monitor data accuracy, identify, and reduce discrepancies from monitoring tools such as Appsflyer, Firebase, and CRM Data Bl.
- Maintain active communication with internal stakeholders, including business teams, to report results, address challenges, and ensure targets are met.
- Explore and establish new partnerships with paid media platforms
Qualifications:
- 6+years of experience in Performance Marketing roles driving media buying and optimisation on Google, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic platforms.
- Certified Google AdWords or Meta advertising
- A bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably from a quantitative analytical discipline (Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics/Statistics)
- A result-driven and independent thinker with superior numerical skills
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, Google Sheets,SQL,or other data processing tools, and marketing advertisement using Appsflyer and Firebase
- Eager to work in a creative and collaborative environment.
