The Program 

The Presidential Management Associate (PMA) Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, 24-month rotational program consisting of four six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of MBA programs with over five years of work experience. 

This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders.  

 

Global Supply Chain Track 

The Global Supply Chain track focuses on areas including manufacturing, planning, sourcing, and distribution. The Global Supply Chain PMA will gain exposure to strategic sourcing, tactical purchasing, logistics, supplier quality, global planning, and production scheduling.  

 

Sample Rotations: 

  • Global Supplier Relations  
  • Global Business Planning, Estee Lauder  
  • North America Customer Supply Chain 

 

How Does the PMA Program Help Participants Succeed?  

 

  • Support From Leaders 
  • Program and rotation managers who will provide guidance and mentorship 
  • Immediate exposure to senior leadership 
  • Informal and formal feedback 

 

Developmental Programs 

  • Intensive three-week onboarding program 
  • Regularly scheduled capability building programs 
  • Full week of developmental education in between first two rotations 
  • Strengths-based individual coaching throughout your time in the program 

 

Post-Program Placement 

Upon successful completion of the program, PMAs are considered for Director-level roles at ELC. This placement is based on existing business needs, the PMA’s evaluations, rate of development, contribution, and previous work experience. 

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing an MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026 with over five years full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies 
  • Relevant prior work experience 
  • Demonstrated record of achievement as well as strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills 
  • Global exposure/study abroad is a plus 
  • Ability to relocate to New York City
