About the Role: Enterprise Application Director

As an experienced Enterprise Applications Director you will lead the planning, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide software applications. This role is responsible for ensuring that all application systems including Electronic Medical Records (EMR), CRM, HRIS, and Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms are aligned with organizational goals, optimized for performance, and scalable for future growth.

As an Enterprise Application Director, you will:

  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for enterprise applications aligned with business goals.
  • Lead deployment, optimization, and management of MS 365, SharePoint, and AI technologies.
  • Oversee enterprise application projects (planning, execution, budget, timelines).
  • Manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and optimize software portfolios for ROI.
  • Ensure data security, privacy, compliance (BAA, SLAs, regulatory requirements).
  • Oversee system integrations, interoperability, and vendor management (contracts, negotiations, performance).
  • Collaborate with business leaders to translate needs into technical solutions.
  • Build and develop a high-performing applications team.
  • Manage enterprise applications budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing enterprise applications. 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. 
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale IT projects and teams. 
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise application platforms, such as ERP, CRM, and BI systems. 
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
