Your Mission


You’ll work at the heart of the Sales Team. Keep deals moving, meetings sharp, and follow-ups airtight. You will own prep, information flow, and execution across prospects and accounts so the team can sell more, faster. This role gives you hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle from discovery to close. Done right, this role will grow into your own book of business and full ownership as a Sales Manager

Your Tasks

  • Meeting Execution: Build briefs, prep decks, draft agendas, capture notes, and follow up with clear next steps.

  • Deal Momentum: Track actions in the CRM, manage owners and blockers, and keep customers engaged.

  • Cross-Functional Sync: Be the link between Sales, Product, and Growth routing requests and closing loops.

  • Project Leadership: Run key initiatives that speed up the sales process (e.g., templates, onboarding, materials).

  • Languages: Fluent in English and German

  • Berlin-Based: You’re already in Berlin or ready to relocate. This is a fully on-site role-no remote or hybrid options.
