Job Summary:
The International Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support directly to our client contact.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee day-to-day relocation activity from initiation through completion, using internal systems to track progress and flag issues.
- Maintain accurate, real-time data dashboards for HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders on relocation activity and trends.
- Review relocation agreements and Transfer Proposals to ensure alignment with mobility policy and cost projections.
- Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders (Recruiters, HR, Payroll) and external vendors (relocation and tax service providers).
- Manage service requests and updates via internal systems (e.g., SDSK tickets), ensuring transparency and timeliness.
- Coordinate expense and tax reporting to ensure proper payroll treatment and compliance.
- Support ongoing process improvement projects, including input into system enhancements and vendor service evaluations.
- Contribute to cyclical and strategic projects such as year-end compensation, mobility policy reviews, and change initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and timely records and data entry in SAP.
- Participate in special projects as necessary and perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook, as well as general database use.
