Eckert Seamans is a full-service national law firm with a strong reputation and history of success that spans more than 65 years. With approximately 300 lawyers across a network of 15 offices, we provide clients with proactive, solution-oriented business and litigation counsel. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our Pittsburgh, PA office.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update reports and experience databases across business development, marketing, events, press, rankings, and partner talent initiatives.
  • Build and contribute to reporting structures that support business development, communications, organizational growth, and marketing initiatives.
  • Support planning, scheduling, and execution of in-person and virtual client events, continuing legal education programming, and strategic outreach initiatives, including office, client, and inclusion-focused programming. 
  • Assists with coordination of webinars on popular platforms, including Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and be adept at troubleshooting technical issues, managing presentations, video recording and editing, conducting polls, coordinating virtual breakout rooms, etc.
  • Assist in updating marketing collateral, RFPs, attorney biographies, pitch materials, website content, and internal communications.
  • Track and maintain experience data across business development, organizational initiatives, and marketing in firm systems and presentation decks.
  • Update and manage marketing and business development reporting tools to ensure accuracy and usability.
  • Manage and segment mailing lists using CRM (InterAction) and email platforms (Mailchimp), ensuring compliance and targeted outreach.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and client outreach efforts as a cross-functional team member.
  • Support submissions for directories and industry awards.
  • Leverage firm systems (CRM, experience databases) to gather client intelligence and streamline processes.
  • Gather and maintain data points to measure ROI across recruiting and marketing initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and firm goals.

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
  • Display sound judgement when interacting with internal and external contacts
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office365
  • Proficient in Word Press, Adobe & Interaction preferred

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a marketing and business development role.
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. 
  • Occasionally prolonged periods of standing.
  • Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds, stand, ambulate, carry, push, pull, reach, stoop, bend, twist, crouch, grasp, kneel and climb.

Travel expectation: 

  • Primarily local travel, but occasionally outside the local area requires an overnight stay. (less than 10%)
