Summary: Healthcare Portfolio Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to join our team, focusing on driving revenue growth for Credera’s Healthcare Portfolio. The successful candidate will drive demand development in the healthcare sector and own lead qualification for our related industry portfolios and practices, all with the goal of growing new and cross-sale revenue opportunity pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Business Development:

  • Lead Generation Processes: Assist in evolving marketing lead generation processes and scoring models for greater effectiveness.
  • Campaign Execution: Define and execute industry-specific campaigns, amplifying them through portfolios and channels.
  • Target Account Management: Develop target account lists for marketing outreach and establish central repositories for target account information.
  • Market Outreach: Implement portfolio and industry-specific market outreach plans, and support on-site and live marketing events.
  • Sales Enablement: Activate GTM sales enablement across portfolios and channels, ensuring alignment of account mapping procedures with internal stakeholders.
  • Account and Demand Development: Review and update Credera's master account lists per industry, identify and develop target portfolio and channel accounts, and foster demand development across the client base and target channels.
  • Account Support: Support business development with key accounts.

Lead Qualification and Management:

  • Lead Evaluation: Assess marketing-generated leads, accepting them as Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) or disposing of them as necessary. Register non-marketing sourced leads as SALs and ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
  • Lead Advancement: Conduct initial research and outreach on new leads, assign leads appropriately, and advance qualified leads to the Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) stage. Dispose of leads that do not meet sales qualification criteria.
  • Opportunity Development: Map stakeholders and qualify BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) for opportunity qualification. Disqualify SQLs that do not meet opportunity standards and assist in converting leads to opportunities.
  • Pipeline Governance: Stage opportunity-qualified leads for pipeline intake, route qualified opportunities to appropriate owners, and contribute to the onboarding of opportunity pursuit teams. Maintain accurate records of registered opportunities.

This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in our growth strategy by driving marketing initiatives and managing lead pipelines that align with our business objectives.

Compensation:

The salary range listed is for informational purposes. Credera treats all applicants as individuals taking into consideration but not limited to their professional and academic experience, specialized training, certifications and associated responsibilities as it relates to our specific industry. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for each unique employee.

Salary: An estimated base salary of $160K – 185K plus a generous variable component is anticipated for this role in the US.

Hybrid Working Model: Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days a week. We expect team members to spend three days in person, with the freedom to choose the days and times that best suit them, their project, and their teams. Travel: For our consulting roles, our goal is to minimize travel, and most projects do not require extensive travel. While some projects may involve up to 80% travel for a period, the annual average for team members is typically 10%–30%.
