Job Summary
Provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external GAF customers with respect to all aspects of the Certified Contractor Program and warranty registration. Maintain solid interdepartmental and customer relationships by addressing questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
Essential Duties
Provide customer service to our customers in a call center environment.
Provide proactive service to customers by communicating information regarding GAF's contractor program and warranty registration.
Provide supporting information by educating customers on GAF's contractor program and warranty coverage.
Process all aspects related to the onboarding of contractors into GAF's Certified Contractor Program (BBB rating, Liability Insurance, Workers Comp, State License)
Process all warranty registrations and warranty transfers timely and accurately.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate information as it pertains to the contractor's account.
Assist contractors with system navigation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Past Customer Service experience Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing and energetic attitude
Strong computer skills: Google Business Suite
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be a team player and perform well under pressure
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving capabilities
This position is based in our Parsippany, NJ corporate headquarters which currently operates on a hybrid in-office schedule. Though employees are welcome to work in our office on Friday, this position must be performed in-office on Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely from the employee's home office on Friday.
