As a Surrogate Advisor, you’ll use your communication and relationship-building skills to guide potential surrogates through the early stages of their journey. From the very first conversation, you’ll be helping someone explore the life-changing decision to become a surrogate, while ensuring they feel supported, informed, and understood.

This is a highly visible, goal-oriented role with a focus on outreach, connection, and lead conversion. This position is bonus eligible in addition to a competitive salary.

Essential Job Functions

  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for lead conversion.
  • Engage and follow up with prospective surrogates through phone, text, and email to drive progress through the application funnel.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Circle’s mission with professionalism and empathy.
  • Track applicants through each stage of the prescreening and screening process, ensuring timely movement toward departmental goals.
  • Review applications and gather additional information needed for evaluation.
  • Prepare prescreening paperwork for delivery to the Screening team.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in CRM and shared systems.
  • Collaborate with the Matching and Screening teams to ensure a smooth transition to surrogate matching with intended parents.
  • Partner with colleagues across departments to streamline processes and keep systems accurate and up to date.
  • Uphold Circle Surrogacy’s professional standards in all internal and external communications.
  • Perform additional tasks and contribute to team projects as assigned.

Preparation, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or meeting high-demand quotas required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a passion for relationship building.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM databases (Salesforce, Sugar CRM, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Self-starter with a goal-oriented growth mindset who thrives both independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

  • Remote work environment.
  • Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST (with flexibility after training).
  • One weekend day required each quarter.
  • Optional annual travel for company outing.
