This is a hybrid role based in our Vancouver, B.C. office.
We are seeking a versatile Customer Growth Projects & Analytics Lead who will act as the connective tissue within our team and liaison across various organizations. This hybrid role functions as a trusted advisor who is part project driver and part business operations analyst—ensuring projects and programs are effectively scoped, executed, and measured while supporting our run-the-business analytics and operational reporting. The successful candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can autonomously drive project delivery and operational insights that help improve business performance.
What You'll Do :
- Act as a trusted advisor, connector, and autonomous driver of key initiatives
- Lead discovery, scoping, action plans, and execution of projects from initiation through delivery
- Develop and maintain artifacts including RACI matrices, communication plans, risk registers, and status reporting to ensure alignment and success
- Coordinate ongoing programs with multiple stakeholders and organizational pillars
- Attend cross-functional stakeholder meetings to capture and track key actions, progress, and outcomes
- Communicate key findings, business challenges, and successes effectively to management and Executive leadership
- Track, measure, and analyze KPIs and OKRs to assess business performance
- Support and continuously improve the business’s run-the-business (RTB) processes, including reporting, analytics, and Executive readouts
- Bring a curious and inquisitive mindset—question how and why processes are done and proactively suggest improvements
- Offer data-driven recommendations to improve overall business performance
The Experience You Bring:
- Comfortable navigating multiple responsibilities—project strategist, operations analyst, business partner, and communicator
- 5+ years of progressive experience in project/program management combined with business operations or analytical roles
- Proficient with project management tools: JIRA, Confluence; collaboration tools: Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
- Advanced Excel skills: able to manage large, disparate data sets using functions such as XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data models
- Strong communication, organization, time management, and autonomy
- Detail-oriented with consistent follow-through
- Skilled at creating structured project documentation: RACI charts, communication plans, risk management
- Curious and proactive in seeking process improvements and efficiencies
- Adept at working with executives and technical teams alike, translating complex information clearly
- Balances strategic planning with detailed execution and follow-up
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Certifications preferred: PMP or equivalent project/program management credentials
- Power BI for data visualization and querying database tools (e.g., SQL) to extract and analyze data
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Advanced degrees (MBA, Master’s in Business Analytics, or related fields) are a plus but not required

Compensation
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in Canada ranges between 92,000 - 140,000 CAD annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
