Dynamics 365 Product Manager
Department: CORPORATE ADMIN Location: Portland, ORWe�re seeking a Dynamics 365 Manager to lead the ownership, optimization, and governance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. In this strategic role, you�ll act as the critical link between business stakeholders, process analysts, and technical teams ensuring D365 is fully aligned with business goals, scalable for future needs, and optimized for performance.

Location: Preferably in Portland, Oregon or within our 12 state footprint
Pay: $120K + DOE
What You�ll Do
Platform Ownership & Strategy

Serve as the primary owner of the Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring platform stability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.

Define and manage the D365 roadmap in partnership with leadership, Business Process Analysts, and IT stakeholders.

Establish and enforce governance, standards, and best practices for configuration, customization, integrations, and data management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Business Process Analysts to gather and translate business requirements into scalable D365 solutions.

Work closely with developers to design, build, and deploy customizations, workflows, and system integrations.

Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams to ensure solutions are intuitive and add tangible business value.
System Oversight & Support

Oversee day-to-day operations of the D365 platform, including system updates, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.

Manage user roles, permissions, and ensure data integrity and security.

Lead testing, QA, and change management activities related to D365 enhancements and updates.
Continuous Improvement

Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and system optimization.

Stay current with D365 updates and lead the adoption of new features to improve efficiency and ROI.

Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and support materials to drive system adoption and proficiency.
What You Bring
-
Bachelor�s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
-
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP), including system administration and solution delivery.

Proven success working with both technical and business teams; leadership or management experience preferred.

Strong understanding of core business processes across departments such as finance, sales, operations, supply chain, or customer service.

Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is a strong plus.

Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
