The Opportunity
We are hiring a Marketing Operations teammate to own and optimize our entire marketing technology stack and campaign operations infrastructure. This role is perfect for a marketing operations specialist who loves building efficient systems, measuring campaign performance, and enabling marketing teams to scale their impact through better processes, data, and automation.
This is a critical role within our Growth organization, reporting to Ops while working as an embedded partner to our marketing team. You'll be responsible for the operational backbone that enables our marketing team to generate, nurture, and convert high-quality leads efficiently. You'll own lead scoring, attribution reporting, campaign measurement, marketing automation, and the seamless handoff from marketing to sales.
We're looking for someone who combines deep marketing operations expertise with a passion for growth and optimization. You understand the modern B2B marketing funnel, know how to measure what matters, and can build the operational processes that turn marketing spend into predictable revenue growth.

Who You Are
Own marketing technology operations: Manage and optimize our complete marketing tech stack including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Clay, Apollo, Zapier, n8n, Make, Omni, BigQuery, and InCycle; includes evaluating new tools, implementing, and maintaining our growth tech stack
Build lead generation & qualification systems: Design automated prospecting workflows, lead enrichment processes, and intelligent lead scoring that identifies our highest-value prospects
Create comprehensive attribution reporting: Build multi-touch attribution models and campaign measurement systems that clearly demonstrate marketing ROI and inform budget allocation decisions
Optimize marketing-to-sales handoffs: Design seamless processes for lead qualification, routing, and handoff that maximize conversion rates and sales team efficiency
Manage campaign operations: Support campaign execution, A/B testing, email marketing automation, and performance optimization across all marketing channels
Ensure data quality & governance: Establish processes and systems that maintain clean, accurate marketing data across all platforms and touchpoints
Build marketing analytics & insights: Create dashboards, reports, and analysis that provide actionable insights to the marketing team and leadership
Support marketing automation: Design and implement automated nurturing sequences, behavioral triggers, and personalized marketing workflows
Key Responsibilities
Experienced Marketing Operations Professional: You have 3-8 years of hands-on marketing operations experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, high-growth startups, or complex sales cycle environments. You've built and managed marketing tech stacks from the ground up.
Attribution & Analytics Expert: You understand multi-touch attribution, campaign measurement, marketing mix modeling, and how to connect marketing activities to revenue outcomes. You can build dashboards that marketing and sales teams actually use.
Marketing Automation Specialist: You're highly proficient in marketing automation platforms (especially HubSpot), CRM management, lead scoring, and automated campaign workflows. You know how to build nurturing sequences that convert.
Data-Driven Growth Operator: You make decisions based on data, build rigorous measurement frameworks, and continuously optimize based on performance insights. You understand conversion funnels and know how to identify optimization opportunities.
Cross-Functional Marketing Partner: You work closely with demand generation, sales development, and sales teams to optimize the entire lead-to-customer journey. You understand sales processes and can build marketing operations that support them.
Process Optimization Enthusiast: You love identifying manual processes and automating them away. You're always looking for ways to help marketing teams work more efficiently and effectively.
Startup Marketing Operator: You thrive in fast-paced environments where you need to build scalable processes quickly, iterate based on results, and wear multiple hats as the marketing organization grows.
What we bring
Compensation: Base salary and bonus ranging between compensation between $135,000 - $195,000, depending on leveling. Company wide bonus tied to revenue goals. Competitive equity in the form of stock options. We are open on compensation for the right candidate.
