The expected pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Makse Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our expert team of consultants, managers, and advisors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of marketing strategy, business development, relationship management, and account management experience. In this role, you will manage and mentor a small team while working closely with the leadership team to identify and engage in new business opportunities, build client relationships, and assist in closing deals—all while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of current market conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Client Development: Identify and develop new client opportunities to expand Makse Group’s presence in targeted industries, maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.

  • Sales Goals & Market Penetration: Achieve annual sales targets and market penetration goals while providing strategic insights to drive growth.

  • Market Analysis & Alerts: Establish, update, and monitor news alerts for various clients and prospects using company tools and resources to stay informed and proactive.

  • Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with internal leadership to effectively introduce Makse Group’s solutions to clients and enhance service offerings.

  • Sales Campaigns: Collaborate with the sales team and marketing manager to plan and execute sales campaigns, lead generation strategies, and digital content initiatives.

  • Growth Opportunity Identification: Define and explore growth opportunities through thorough industry, client, and competitor analysis.

  • Client Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of client service and satisfaction by effectively addressing client needs and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in a consulting or technology environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a small team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders effectively.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.

  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results efficiently.

  • Proficient in CRM software and other business development tools.
