- Performs system administration maintenance activities and functions required to support Lawson's CRM system.
- Ensures the accuracy and integrity of data within the CRM system, in support of Lawson’s management and reporting needs.
- Performs system data audits to ensure the validation, integrity, completeness, and maintenance of Lawson's CRM data, reporting any issues to management.
- Provides support and technical expertise to end-users, maintaining end-user accounts and access.
- Reports, tracks, troubleshoots, and resolves software technical issues, working with CRM consultants and developers, as well as internal IT staff.
- Monitors system activity.
- Creates standard and ad hoc queries and reports, providing data summaries and analysis for use in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting CRM data, including the loading of data into the CRM system from external sources.
- Researches and tests system upgrades and enhancements to ensure all software pieces are compatible with existing systems and that data integrity is maintained.
- Prepares and maintains end-user documentation and training materials.
- Provides recommendations for system improvements and performance enhancement.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science, business, or related field, plus 1 year of experience with database administration and analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced database administration knowledge experience (experience with Sugar products highly desired)
- Deep understanding of CRM best practices and administrative concepts including managing permissions and advanced troubleshooting skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise software and implementation/projects, with experience in QA testing of new software and bug reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create training and present reference materials in a clear way to all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable leading discussions with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to recognize, anticipate, plan and adapt to changing requirements.
- Ability to advocate for system use to internal customers.
