Join our Client Success Team as the Director of Client Success, where you will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results for our clients, solve big problems, and create scalable processes that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve on RentVision’s Leadership Team and contribute to strategic company decisions.
  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable a team of 6 direct reports to ensure high performance and alignment.
  • Design and implement scalable client success and onboarding strategies that improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Solve recurring issues and step in to support high-value or at-risk clients when needed.
  • Develop team processes, tools, and training programs to support growth and quality service delivery.
  • Deliver exceptional results in onboarding, client satisfaction, retention, and client expansion.
  • Travel 5–10 times annually for in-person meetings with key clients and to evaluate team performance.

Client Communication:

  • You will oversee a team that engages with clients daily. In this role, you will help to craft client strategies, handle escalations, fill in when needed for team members, meet face-to-face with high-value clients, and periodically join client calls or send communications directly.

Team Collaboration:

  • Location: This is an on-site role in Lincoln, NE. Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to the area.
  • Work Style: In-person collaboration is essential for leading and coaching our team. You’ll work in a team-office environment and be available to support team members on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in client success, customer success, or account management.
  • 3+ years of experience directly leading and managing teams.
  • Willing and able to travel 5–10 times per year for in-person meetings with key clients and to evaluate team performance.
  • High capacity for learning, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:

  • Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing at the tactical and strategic levels.
  • Familiarity with the multifamily industry.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO/web development fundamentals.
