Location: Onsite-Sheridan, AR Opportunity The Project Analyst-Facilities Maintenance plays a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and asset reliability across Kohler’s AFO division. This position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance programs, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and applying industry best practices to optimize facility performance. The engineer collaborates closely with maintenance teams to ensure effective resource utilization and safeguard company assets. Additionally, the role supports the achievement of KSMS Tier I–IV objectives by providing the necessary technical and operational resources. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, ensuring that all activities within the engineer’s scope adhere to the highest safety standards and regulatory requirements. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
