Hybrid Receiver/Driver presso Industrial Threaded Products

This position is located in the newest ITP facility — our Forging & Fabrication location — representing an exciting stage of growth for the company. We are seeking a motivated Receiver/Driver to join this team and play a key role in supporting increased production demand and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role combines hands-on receiving responsibilities in the warehouse with local pick-ups and deliveries to suppliers, helping keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Job Purpose

To ensure accurate, timely, and safe pick-ups and deliveries to suppliers while supporting warehouse receiving operations, including verifying, recording, and organizing incoming materials.

Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Warehouse Operations

• Receive incoming shipments, verifying quantities and part numbers against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect materials for damage, shortages, or quality issues; escalate discrepancies to Purchasing or Warehouse Supervisor.
• Accurately record received items in the ERP system.
• Label and stage materials for stocking, ensuring items are stored in proper locations.
• Work closely with other departments to maintain accuracy and resolve issues.
• Support cycle counts and physical inventory checks as needed.
• Keep the receiving area clean, safe, and presentable for guests, visitors, and will-call customers to ensure a professional environment.

Driving & Deliveries

• Perform local pick-ups and deliveries to suppliers using company vehicles.
• Ensure all documentation (bills of lading, packing slips, and delivery receipts) is accurate and returned to the appropriate departments.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine inspections, and report maintenance needs.
• Provide courteous and professional communication when interacting with suppliers and warehouse staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Class C required).
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse receiving or logistics.
• Knowledge of receiving procedures, documentation, and inventory systems.
• Forklift experience (sit-down) required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks (bending, pushing, pulling).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, hours 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch.
