 Director of Casino Marketing is responsible for all aspects of marketing efforts, including, but not limited to, Gaming Analysis, Casino Promotions, Player Development, and Advertising for Club Fortune Henderson casino with ~500 slots and 2 restaurants, operating in the fast-paced local market. This is a roll up your sleeves and be involved in every aspect of Casino Marketing position that directly managers the Marketing Team to ensure all duties are performed in accordance with policies, procedures, and provides leadership guidance to Marketing and the casino. 


  

Qualifications: 

Minimum of 3 years in casino marketing experience required to include a least 2 years management experience. Minimum 2 years of marketing analytics, direct marketing, database utilization and tracking systems experience in managing multiple projects required. Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools. Knowledge of Player Tracking software; Oasis software preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Minimum age of 21 years. High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related area preferred. Excellent communication and computer skills.  


Education/Experience

Prior Casino Marketing experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Employee relations management includes recruitment, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.
  • Plans, coordinates and executes marketing efforts to acquire, retain and reactivate qualified players.
  • Generates reports, analyzes and makes recommendations for marketing promotions and other data analytics. 
  • Builds and develops a fast growing marketing team that is competent, dedicated and efficient.
  • Track, evaluate and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Develop long-term marketing strategy and goals.
  • Manage the customer life cycle, segmentation, and loyalty management.
  • Evaluates customer segmentation models for growth opportunities in trips, customer win, and customer acquisition. 
  • Works with property leadership to ensure marketing efforts are producing results and are competitive or premium to the local
    market.
  • Executes direct mail follow-up and tracking to support player reactivation programs.
  • Identifying appropriate prize structures, giveaways and other incentives for customers
  • Manages marketing and departmental budgets
  • Prioritizes tasks and uses time effectively and efficiently.
  • All other duties assigned.

  

Work Environment and ADA Requirements:

Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Must be able to converse over the telephone in a clear and efficient manner. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds. Must be able to stoop, bend and reach. Must have the manual dexterity required to write and operate computer. Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues. When on casino floor, must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
