Job Title: Senior WebLogic Developer

Location: Pittsburgh, PA / Cleveland, OH / Dallas, TX / Phoenix, AZ / Birmingham, AL

Duration : Full Time ((3 days onsite, 2 days’ work from home)

Job Description

• Develop, maintain, and optimize software for OS, networked systems, and databases.
• Create platform architecture, fine-tune final programs, and troubleshoot critical issues.
• Work across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) — from analysis to deployment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field (or equivalent experience) + High School diploma.
• Experience: 8+ years in software development/system engineering.
• Core Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, customer focus, and time management skills.

Technical Skills (Required)

• WebLogic (MUST HAVE)
• SQL & Oracle DB
• DevOps tools/processes
• Agile methodology
• SDLC expertise: requirements → development → testing → delivery

Preferred / Nice-to-Haves

• ServiceNow & Dynatrace familiarity (can be learned on the job)
• SQL & database performance tuning
• API development and integration
• Java / J2EE development

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering to define specifications, performance needs, and integration points.
• Maintain and enhance software systems; resolve technical issues.
• Develop, test, and validate software solutions.
• Provide project updates, documentation, and technical guidance.
