Hybrid Project Manager Fertilizer Development presso K+S Brasil

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

K+S Brasileira in Sao Paulo (Brazil) is looking for a Project Manager Fertilizer Development, starting in September 2025.

The tasks of the function include:

Project Management

• Lead the Project Werra 2060 in Brazil (BR), Argentina (AR), Uruguay (UY), and Paraguay (PY), and support K+S Panama and Sales in developing Korn Kali B.
• Continuously update the market approach for Werra 2060 with the Managing Director, Sales & Marketing.
• Manage and participate in all K+S Brasileira projects related to sales and marketing, including project controlling.

Business Development

• Support market-oriented strategy development and identify new business opportunities in the K+S Brasileira sales region.
• Implement and coordinate product development and cooperation projects.
• Present and validate new Korn Kali concepts with selected customers.
• Coordinate field trials with research institutes and technical teams.

Market Intelligence

• Analyze trends in supply/demand, pricing, regulations, and policies in the agricultural sector.
• Produce market intelligence reports and actionable insights for strategy and business development.
• Develop market segmentation and customer profiling models based on regional and crop-specific data.
• Maintain a comprehensive market data database from various sources.

Regulatory Compliance & Technical Documentation

• Coordinate all topics related to MAPA (Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture).
• Support the Import Department in ensuring compliance with Brazilian fertilizer legislation.
• Maintain technical responsibility for field trials and regulatory documentation.

YOUR PROFILE

• Enthusiasm to work in a global leading fertilizer producing company.
• Degree in business administration, economics or agronomy.
• Several years of professional experience in the fertilizer market.
• Strong agrobusiness background.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and a passion for networking.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Portuguese.
