About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our C-level executives and the CEO. In this pivotal role, you will help the C-level team in their daily planning, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a dynamic role requiring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate with the highest level of professionalism in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, travel plans, and meeting schedules across multiple time zones.
- Provide support in diary management, travel and expenses to other C-levels,
- Act as the main point of contact for the CEO, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate board meetings, including agenda setting, materials preparation, and minutes.
- Organize logistics for conferences, client meetings, and strategic events.
- Support special projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO.
- Creating and updating CEO’s Outlook contacts and assisting with the organization of Events / Conferences
What we are looking for:
- 10+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a fast-paced, international, or tech/fintech environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
