Are you detail-oriented with a passion for property insurance? We’re looking for a Property Insurance Inspections Representative to join our team! In this role, you will review aerial imagery and physical property inspection reports to determine eligibility for coverage. You’ll play a key role in supporting our underwriting process while providing exceptional customer service to policyholders, agents, lenders, and internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Review new and renewal inspection reports for residential property insurance policies.
- Evaluate risks using property inspection reports, photos, and public records to determine eligibility.
- Document inspection findings clearly and accurately.
- Prepare and send Notices of Cancellation or Non-Renewal based on underwriting guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and notice requirements.
- Communicate professionally via phone, email, and chat with agents, policyholders, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve inspection-related issues.
- Endorse policies with accurate property information.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Support departmental projects and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and internet software
Preferred:
- 6–12 months of experience in Property & Casualty insurance or equivalent education/training
- Familiarity with insurance underwriting and inspection processes
