Resupply is looking for a driven sales leader to join us on our journey to reinvent and forever change the supply-chain of charitable contributions within the U.S. We are seeking someone who will be passionate about our mission and partnerships as we turn household goods into emergency relief for those in need. We’re looking for a Sales Director who thrives in both doing and leading – someone who’s worked their way up from BDR, to AE, to a sales leadership role and is now ready to take the reins of building a sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape ReSupply’s outbound sales strategy, close deals with mission-aligned charities, and grow a small team of high-performing AEs and BDRs. 

Our tight-knit team is seeking a candidate who will work closely with us at our Downtown Boston headquarters. We work best when we can all innovate together in an open, collaborative environment. A successful Sales Director will be responsible for: 

  • Owning and driving new business acquisition, focusing primarily on outbound sales 
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, with support from inbound referrals
  • Hiring, coaching, and developing a small team of AEs and BDRs as we grow
  • Collaborating with customer success to ensure smooth handovers for new account activations
  • Tracking pipeline metrics and sales KPIs, using data to continuously improve process and performance

Position Requirements:

  • BS in Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience (experience as a BDR + closing AE)
  • 1-2 years experience in a sales leadership role
  • Hands-on player-coach who leads by example
  • Strong communicator with excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools, particularly Salesforce 
  • Must be Boston-based as this is primarily an on-site position with some limited flexibility to work remote
