You will be responsible for leading bids, coaching and developing sales talent, and ensuring rigorous pipeline and forecast discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Data, AI and associated professional services.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform sales strategy.
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews and strategic planning cycles.
Team Management & Coaching
- Build, lead, and inspire a team of high-performing sales professionals.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development to elevate sales capability and performance.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Partner Ecosystem Engagement
- Operate within partner co-sell frameworks, leveraging Solution Partner designations and certifications.
- Build strong relationships with partner field teams and partner managers to drive joint go-to-market success.
- Align with internal practice leads, pre-sales, and delivery to ensure solution integrity and customer satisfaction.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Deep understanding of technology partner commercial models, co-sell motions, funding and managed services landscape.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in complex solution selling and deal structuring.
- Experience selling to senior stakeholders and interacting with senior executives is essential
- A team player with demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales talent.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) and sales performance metrics & reporting.
