Responsibilities:

· Answer inbound calls in a high-volume call center environment

· Able to troubleshoot customer needs in a timely manner

· Monitor emails, text messages, and virtual leads

· Must be friendly, personable, and able to respond to customer concerns with a positive attitude. 

· Experience with Service Titan, preferred

· Experience or knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC or Electric Service 

· Minimum of 3 years in Customer Service

· Flexible Schedule

· Participate in On-Call rotation as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior Call Center      experience with Plumbing, HVAC or an Electric service provider is      preferred
• MUST HAVE a Minimum of 2      years customer service experience in a call center or telemarketing role
• Have open availability from      7am to 7pm

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4/10 – Four days, 10 hours.      Off 3 days. 

Supplemental pay types:

• Rockwall, TX 75032:      Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
