Description
Job Duties:
At a high level, support the HR Generalist/Manager at Walton Hills with day-to-day administrative duties and recruiting.
Records Management
- Maintain and update employee records, including new hires and terminations, update in all systems.
- Track leaves, FMLA
- Enter new hire information into the company systems
- Remove old information for previous employees
- Scan paper files into Paylocity
- Assist the payroll department by providing employee information on leaves.
Reporting
- Create/maintain periodic surveys/reports relating to employee engagement, attrition, hiring or other KPI’s.
- Run reports and distribute as needed
Recruiting
- Manage the employee life cycle process
- Schedule interviews
- Arrange on-boarding
- New hire orientation
Communication
- Respond to employee inquiries such as payroll, accrual balances, benefits
- Interact with managers to disseminate information
- Cultivate a positive and welcoming work environment
Employee Engagement
- Employee appreciation and other events (employee lunches, quarterly meetings, etc...)
Requirements
Skills and Requirements
- Must be bi-lingual (Spanish)
- Proficiency in using HR software like HRIS or HRMS (Paylocity, ADP, etc...)
- Digital literate with expertise in using MS Office applications
- Knowledge of labor relations and laws
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
