 Job Duties:


At a high level, support the HR Generalist/Manager at Walton Hills with day-to-day administrative duties and recruiting.  


Records Management 

  • Maintain and update employee records, including new hires and terminations, update in all systems. 
  • Track leaves, FMLA 
  • Enter new hire information into the company systems 
  • Remove old information for previous employees 
  • Scan paper files into Paylocity 
  • Assist the payroll department by providing employee information on leaves. 

Reporting 

  • Create/maintain periodic surveys/reports relating to employee engagement, attrition, hiring or other KPI’s. 
  • Run reports and distribute as needed 

Recruiting 

  • Manage the employee life cycle process
  • Schedule interviews 
  • Arrange on-boarding 
  • New hire orientation 

Communication 

  • Respond to employee inquiries such as payroll, accrual balances, benefits 
  • Interact with managers to disseminate information 
  • Cultivate a positive and welcoming work environment 

Employee Engagement 

  • Employee appreciation and other events (employee lunches, quarterly meetings, etc...)  


Requirements

 

Skills and Requirements 

  • Must be bi-lingual (Spanish)
  • Proficiency in using HR software like HRIS or HRMS  (Paylocity, ADP, etc...)
  • Digital literate with expertise in using MS Office applications 
  • Knowledge of labor relations and laws 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
