The Senior Technology Consultant is a Full Time, Regular position working Monday-Friday day shift hours with occasional nights and weekends. This is a hybrid position with onsite requirements at our Spokane Valley, WA Nuvodia Office.
Summary: This is a senior-level sales role in which this individual will hunt for new business for Nuvodia. This is a client facing consultant role requiring extensive sales experience. The primary purpose is to find and build new client relationships to strategically align technology and Nuvodia services in support of clients' business goals and objectives.
The Senior Technology Consultant is responsible for developing and growing new customers and increasing new monthly recurring revenue (MRR) contracts. We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable information technology outside sales representative to promote and sell our IT services. In this role, duties will include learning the technical specifications of our products, assessing clients' IT needs, and demonstrating our IT services to potential clients.
To ensure success as a Technology Consultant, candidates should possess extensive sales experience serving business owners and executive-level customer contacts, as well as knowledge of IT industry trends.
General Description: Using a relationship-based consultative sales approach, aggressively identify, prospect, and secure new business from prospective customers. Analyze customer business processes and strategically align them with our technology-based solutions to best fit their business needs & goals. Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective customers, consistently maintain daily CRM data entry, meet daily/weekly/ monthly sales metrics, and continually develop prospect lists in target markets. Meet or exceed annual sales goals.

- Prospect, cold call, and develop new business within assigned markets.
- Adhere to given sales metrics for new business development activities.
- Meet or exceed defined sales goals determined on an annual basis as defined by the Quota provided at the beginning of each calendar year.
- Outbound calling and email to potential clients daily to set face-to-face appointments.
- Consistently close sales and achieve monthly activity and revenue goals/quotas.
- Manage monthly appointment activity and sales calls.
- Maintain sales pipeline and sales forecast, update CRM daily.
- Demonstrate accurate CRM engagement including forecasting.
- Captures activity information on a timely basis as client interactions occur to ensure accurate product and services forecasting.
- Ability to establish and expand relationships with key decision makers.
- Keep updated on product and industry knowledge.
- Attend product training as required.
- Build referral sources and strategic centers of influence.
- Attend networking events on a regular basis both during and after business hours.
- Qualify, propose, and close New MRR opportunities for Nuvodia that meet revenue, margin, and technical requirements as defined by the Sales Playbook.

- Experience: Minimum five years of experience in business-to-business hunter sales.
- Professional Skills:

- Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
- Able to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines.
- Computer Skills:
- Fundamental Microsoft Office knowledge is required.
- Business and Security technology platform knowledge is preferred.
