We’re looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Player-Coach SDR Leader who can generate pipeline while building a scalable outbound sales process.

Role Overview

In this hybrid role, you will be both a top-performing SDR (generating Sales Qualified Leads) and the coach who builds, trains, and manages a small SDR team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, representing Woliba’s value proposition and creating a strong foundation for our outbound sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

As a Player:

  • Prospect into target accounts via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
     
  • Qualify inbound leads and nurture them into meetings for the sales team.
     
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies to engage HR leaders, CFOs, and other decision-makers.
     

As a Coach:

  • Build and refine Woliba’s SDR playbook, including scripts, cadences, messaging, and KPIs.
     
  • Train and mentor a junior SDR to ramp quickly and hit targets.
     
  • Monitor SDR metrics, provide feedback, and optimize performance.
     

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Marketing on campaigns and lead-gen initiatives.
     
  • Partner with the AE team to ensure smooth handoffs and high meeting-to-opportunity conversion rates.
     
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, objections, and buyer personas.
     

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in an SDR or BDR role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
     
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding SQL quotas.
     
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and modern sales tools (HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
     
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to inspire and coach.
     
  • Comfortable balancing individual quota-carrying work with team leadership.
     
  • Passion for wellness, engagement, and HR technology is a plus.
