About the role

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting functions and support the finance team. The ideal candidate has at least 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience, is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
  • Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and general ledger entries
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting
  • Assist in ad hoc and general reporting using Microsoft Excel
  • Maintain and organize financial documentation for audits and compliance
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding financial matters
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience required
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, including credits and debits
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
