About the role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting functions and support the finance team. The ideal candidate has at least 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience, is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare bank reconciliations and general ledger entries
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting
- Assist in ad hoc and general reporting using Microsoft Excel
- Maintain and organize financial documentation for audits and compliance
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding financial matters
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, including credits and debits
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
