Your Contribution to Halaby Painting:
- Bookkeeping: AR/AP, cash flow, job costing/change orders, billing & invoicing
- Point of Contact: internal and external communications
- Payroll (ADP & Quickbooks): Processes, time tracking, external payroll service
- Compliance: HR, safety, OSHA, insurance renewals, licenses, and tax preparation
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and purchasing
- Project Management Software Administration and Organization (JobTread)
- Admin: Plan travel and corporate events, mail handling, record keeping, filing
Your Background/Skills:
- +5yrs: office management or business operations
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, ADP, and time-tracking software
- Experience managing payroll and basic accounting functions.
- Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred
