Jacquemus a été fondé par Simon Porte Jacquemus en 2009 à Paris, en France.
Dédiée à la mémo=ire de la mère du créateur, la marque puise son inspiration dans une passion pour la culture.
Les collections femme et homme font référence à l’art de vivre à la française et aux gestes universels de beauté, intégrant des influences allant de la photographie d'art aux arts décoratifs, en passant par le cinéma, la peinture et la sculpture.
Au fil des années, Jacquemus a mis en scène ses défilés dans des lieux uniques et inattendus, notamment une piscine parisienne, le Musée Picasso, un champ de lavande en Provence, un champ de blé aux abords de Paris, un marais salant en Camargue et une plage à Hawaï.
Plus récemment, la marque a investi des lieux tels que le canal du Château de Versailles (Le Chouchou), la Fondation Maeght (Les Sculptures), la Casa Malaparte (La Casa) et l’appartement parisien d’Auguste Perret (La Croisière).
Basé dans le 8ᵉ arrondissement de Paris, Jacquemus est une maison de mode indépendante comptant plus de 300 employés. Réputée pour sa forte présence numérique et son expansion internationale, la marque a développé des expériences de vente innovantes à travers le monde avant d’ouvrir son premier flagship permanent au 58 Avenue Montaigne à Paris en 2022. YOUR MISSIONS
Reporting to the Sales Merchandising RTW and Special Projects Manager, you will contribute to the implementation of the product strategy for the RTW category, from buying strategy to optimizing in-store performance.
JOB RESPONSABILITIES :
Buying
lHandle pre-showroom analyses (purchase plan, depth, best sellers, store performance, etc.).
lParticipate in building product assortments in the showroom for the retail network, aligned with the product strategy, store typology, and commercial goals of the category.
lContribute to the presentation of the buying wrap up to top management.
lImplement the assortment and product strategy defined in the showroom across the retail network and manage the collection assortment throughout the season.
Sales Analysis & performanceoptimization
lAnalyze and monitor sales weekly to identify business opportunities and risks.
lDevelop action plans to optimize sell-through, in collaboration with HQ and retail teams.
lConsolidate collection feedback and conduct competitive benchmarking. Prepare collection needs in collaboration with collection merchandising team.
lBe proactive in a rapidly evolving environment, take responsibility for initiatives and contribute to building or improving processes.
Transversal coordination
lBe the key contact for retail teams regarding product offer and support with stock and assortment needs.
lWork closely with the supply chain team on stock implementation and optimization (launch implementation strategy, stock target reviews, transfer proposals, etc.).
lCollaborate with communication, eCommerce, and VM (Visual Merchandising) teams to ensure presentation is aligned and reflect the needs of product and based on performance.
YOUR PROFILE :
lPrior experience in retail merchandising, preferably in a fashion/luxury environment. Experience in RTW is considered a plus.
lAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
lStrong analytical and synthesis skills. Ability to interpret complex data and provide relevant insights to support decision making, with great attention to detail and accuracy.
lSolution-oriented, team player, autonomous, proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and ability to prioritize.
