About the Role

Something that your mission with us will encompass:

�� Be the go-to person for handling customer enquiries and orders, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
�� Build strong relationships with our customers through effective communication and account management.
��️ Tackle customer complaints with a positive attitude, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
�� Support our field sales and key account managers whenever they need a helping hand.
�� Work closely with our production units to make sure customer needs are met on time and as planned.
�� Dive deep into our products and customer base to share insights and support new product development.
�� Keep everyone in the loop with the latest market information.
��️ Keep our CRM system up-to-date with accurate customer information.

About You

�� You have GCSE Maths & English.
��️ You're a great communicator, both in writing and speaking.
�� You enjoy working as part of a team and can connect with people at all levels.
⏰ You're a pro at prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.

Annual salary: between £27,000 and £29,000 gross, based on experience
