We will become the primary provider of electrified last mile delivery services through connected solutions and vehicles for our B2B partners and customers.

We are a team of diverse peers looking to create a future company which will grow to 150+ collaborators over the next six months across 3 launch markets.

Job Description:

Main residence: Berlin region

As one of the first members of the German team, you will strategically open up the market for our innovative product in the target segment of urban logistics / last mile delivery in the Eastern region.

Your responsibilities:

Your task will be to collaborate with sales and the customer to develop a unique, tailored solution that optimizes the driver's physical workspace (the vehicle) and seamlessly integrates the vehicle into our innovative software and service solution. This solution enables centralized, optimal control of drivers, fleet, and goods. It includes, among others, 24/7 roadside assistance, predictive maintenance, charging management, a driver suite, route planning, and goods management. The scope and design of these modules will be adapted to the customer's processes, existing systems, and requirements to provide a process and cost-optimized overall solution that significantly reduces the customer's CO footprint.

Your tasks include:

Market development: As one of the first members of the German team, you will open up the market for our innovative product in the target segment of urban logistics and last mile delivery in your region.

Game Changer: You inspire yourself and your environment for innovative digitalized and fully interconnected solutions with the aim of reducing the CO₂ footprint of urban logistics.

Customer acquisition: You independently identify potential prospects, acquire new high-value projects, and win new customers.

Lead management: You handle leads from our investor network.

Customer care: You build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers in your area.

Needs analysis: You analyze and understand the specific needs and requirements of the customer from the vehicle, through physical deployment, to online integration for optimized fleet management.

Solution development: In collaboration with the customer and our project team, you develop tailored solutions that optimize the customer's processes and costs overall and significantly reduce the customer's CO₂ footprint.

Contract negotiations: You lead commercial negotiations and are responsible for successfully concluding high-value contracts.

Market observation: You continuously observe and analyze the market and are well informed about the activities of the competition.

Qualifications:

Motivation: It is your personal drive to use your skills, creativity, experience, and expertise for a more sustainable world.

Professional experience: Ideally, you have experience in key account management or sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, leasing and financing, fleet management, electromobility, or automotive software and online solutions.

Project sales: You have the ability to acquire high-value projects, manage complex issues across departments during the acquisition process with support from the project team, and successfully conclude them.

Customer focus: You have a strong customer orientation, willingness to learn, and an agile way of working.

Teamwork: You are a true team player with the goal of always seeking better solutions and supporting each other.

Digital work: Working from home with MS Office applications such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the CRM tool Salesforce, is very familiar to you.

 Language skills: You speak German at native level or C1/C2 proficiency, and have good English skills as we work in an international team and environment.
