At Virtuoso, Senior Vice Presidents on the S-Team play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s global strategy, going well beyond their individual verticals to influence enterprise-wide decision-making. As part of an elite leadership group, they are expected to deeply engage with all aspects of the business, offering holistic and strategic insights that reflect collective priorities. This position demands both subject-matter expertise and a broad understanding of cross-functional dynamics, along with a sharp eye for innovation and industry trends. The Senior Vice President of Global Marketing will lead the development and execution of Virtuoso’s global marketing strategy. This includes global brand strategy, regional and global product marketing, global demand generation, and go-to-market planning. This role calls for a customer-obsessed, data-informed, and commercially minded executive who can inspire cross-functional alignment and drive sustainable growth.
Will consider both Fort Worth and Virtual, US based applicants.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Strategy, Brand & Product Marketing
- Lead the development and execution of global and regional marketing strategies and roadmaps, including KPIs, budgets, performance reporting, and ROI analysis.
- Build brand awareness, positioning, and reputation across all markets and audiences—including partners and members.
- Oversee product marketing for existing and new offerings, translating complex features into compelling and contextual narratives.
- Drive integrated campaigns that promote engagement, adoption, and revenue.
- Evangelize a seamless, end-to-end brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and guide the global marketing team, fostering alignment with Virtuoso’s mission and values.
- Partner deeply with Sales, Product, Events, Member Relations, and Technology to ensure unified execution.
- Collaborate with Sales to deliver enablement tools, messaging, and training that accelerate pipeline performance.
- Market & Customer Insights
- Apply market research, segmentation analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and positioning.
- Identify shifts in customer behavior and tailor messaging to resonate across diverse global audiences.
- Operate in a dual ecosystem: marketing Virtuoso’s brand while empowering partners to amplify shared impact.
- Maintain feedback loops to inform product development and go-to-market planning.
- Technology & Operations
- Stay ahead of emerging marketing technologies, including AI platforms, automation tools, and analytics solutions to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Strategic Marketing Execution
- Proven ability to build and scale global demand generation and brand strategies across B2B and B2C audiences.
- Experience developing successful go-to-market plans in the luxury travel sector.
- Familiarity with luxury agency ecosystems and the dynamics that drive mutual success.
- Insight & Analysis
- Strong command of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to inform decisions.
- Adept at using customer and market insights to influence strategy and storytelling.
- Leadership & Communication
- Track record of leading high-performing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to create clarity across dynamic environments.
- Forward-thinking and adaptable mindset with the ability to inspire teams and drive change.
Educational and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA highly desired
- 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 10 in a senior leadership role
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, able to lead and inspire people and projects
- Keen sense of current and future business trends
- Strong skills in inspiring the win-win-win
- Strong proficiency in modern marketing technologies and platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, data analytics, AI-driven tools, and content management systems; ability to evaluate, implement, and optimize martech solutions to support scalable, data-informed marketing strategies
- Creative, innovative, and customer-centric mindset, with the ability to think strategically and tactically
Travel Requirements:
- Travel is required to attend network events, approximately 35% of the time
- Travel will be both domestic and international
