Air Specialty & Equipment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales Representative for the San Antonio branch! This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and technical solutions and provides an opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients across various industries.

  • Calling on customers in assigned territory, selling new equipment, rentals, parts and service solutions.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on the selection, installation, and maintenance of compressed air systems.
  • Collaborate with inside sales team and service department, to ensure job completion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Brands.
  • Use company provided system/tools to fully document and capture all related sales activity in a timely manner.
  • Effectively understanding and using all manufacturers’ programs and resources to generate new business.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of used equipment values and be able to evaluate for trading purposes.
  • Proactively seek and participate in available company sponsored training to develop and advance skill set.
  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support staff, with a constant commitment to teamwork and relationship management.
  • Assisting with account receivables collections, when necessary.
  • Performing all other duties, as assigned by management, in a professional and efficient manner.


Requirements

  • 2-5 years of industrial B2B sales experience, preferably with compressed air systems or related equipment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts and projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications, CRM and company business software.
  • Established relationships and industry knowledge are a plus for the position.
