Hybrid Mobile Veterinarian - Pop-Up Clinic Contractor (Vaccination-Only) presso Tailored Pet Services

Four-Legged Fun Zone is seeking a licensed mobile veterinarian to run vaccination-only pop-up
clinics at our established pet care facility in Everett. We provide the space, clients, scheduling,
payments, and promotion-you provide your expertise and supplies.

This is a great opportunity to earn additional income without overhead, grow your local client base,
and work flexible hours.

What You'll Do:

• Administer core vaccines (Rabies, DAPP, Bordetella)
• Work in a clean, climate-controlled indoor space
• Handle up to 10-12 dogs per 2-3 hour clinic (5-10 minute appointment slots)
• Provide your own vaccines and necessary equipment
• Maintain proper licensing and safety standards

What We Provide:

• Access to our online scheduling platform (clients book and prepay directly)
• Guaranteed 2-3 hour clinic blocks on your available days
• On-site support from our staff
• Promotion to our existing client base and surrounding community
• Organized check-ins and smooth traffic flow
• Pre-paid, non-refundable client deposits to reduce no-shows

Compensation:

• 50% of the per-dog fee collected (e.g., $45 on a $90 appointment)
• We handle all payment processing and client communication
• No rent, no marketing, no admin tasks
• Potential to earn $300-$500+ per clinic depending on turnout
• Example: 10 dogs at $90 each = $900 gross. Receive $450 for 2-3 hours of work.

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy:

• Clinics are booked in 2-3 hour blocks based on your availability
• A minimum of 5 confirmed appointments is required to run the clinic
• If the minimum isn't met 48 hours in advance, we will cancel or reschedule
• Clients pay a non-refundable deposit to secure appointments

Requirements:

• Current Washington State veterinary license
• Access to your own vaccines and equipment
• Liability insurance
• Reliable, professional, and pet-friendly demeanor
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, pop-up setting
