Base salary starting at $19.03.
E S S E N T I A L F U N C T I O N S
- Answers telephones, routes calls, takes messages, and provides general information, greets and directs visitors, answers routine inquiries, maintains log as required.
- Receives all supplies and equipment delivered to Ivinson; facilities department; accepts or rejects shipments as appropriate.
- Orders, stocks and distributes supplies.
- Inventory parts and ordering including filters, plumbing, electrical hardware, etc.
- Fills and delivers department orders.
- Performs user maintenance functions on office equipment.
- Opens and routes incoming mail, distributes correspondence, and other materials to department staff.
- May perform specialized services of a routine clerical nature in strict accordance with established procedural guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
E D U C A T I O N
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- College level coursework preferred.
E X P E R I E N C E
- Two (2) years of experience in clerical work required.
- Previous receptionist experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
