- Maintains assigned vehicle, tools, and equipment for the purpose of ensuring availability in safe operating condition.
- Participates in meetings, workshops, trainings, and seminars for the purpose of gathering information to perform required functions
- Perform a wide variety of general maintenance activities (e.g. carpentry, painting, electrical, etc.) within assigned time frames
- Proficient in the preparation of surfaces for primers and paint including application procedures
- Respond to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns
- Transports a variety of tools, equipment, and supplies for the purpose of ensuring the availability of materials required at the job site

Days/Hrs: 8 hours per day, 260 days per year, including 13 holidays

Pay Schedule: 24-25 schedule, 2025 - 2026 TBD

Job Summary: The Maintenance position contributes to student learning by creating a safe, clean, and healthy environment for students. The work assists the superintendent toward the accomplishment of the mission of the Woodland Public Schools of preparing students for career, life, and college so that they can become a responsible and successful citizen. Work is performed under the direction of the Facilities and Safety Director.
