đ About the Role
This is a Full-Time, Float Position based between our Rock Hill and Fort Mill practices â both of which are brand new and currently open on a split schedule. Hours are consistent: MondayâFriday, 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM.
As our Dental Patient Coordinator, youâll be the first smile patients see and the calm, friendly voice that keeps schedules on track and experiences exceptional.

As a Dental Patient Coordinator, you'll be the operational and emotional anchor of our front office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing patient check-ins and check-outs
- Scheduling and confirming appointments efficiently
- Explaining treatment plans, insurance coverage, and financial options clearly
- Maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assisting with insurance verification and pre-authorizations
- Coordinating care between providers and locations
- Supporting a smooth, consistent schedule flow across both locations
Requirements
â What Weâre Looking For
We're seeking a candidate whoâs organized, enthusiastic, and ready to grow with us. Ideal qualifications include:
- 1â3 years of dental front desk or scheduling experience preferred
- Experience with Denticon is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfort with insurance verification and patient education
- A dependable team player who thrives in new environments
- Ability to float between Rock Hill and Fort Mill locations as needed
- A positive, can-do attitude and passion for patient care
