Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a Mixer to join our client’s team. This position plays a key role in preparing high-quality products by accurately mixing ingredients and operating machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor mixing machinery during production
- Accurately measure and blend ingredients based on product specs
- Inspect and adjust as needed to ensure quality standards are met
- Set up and calibrate machines at the start of each shift
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and GMP protocols
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
- Rotate between roles and support team operations as needed
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more regularly
- Comfortable standing for the entire shift
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Can read and write in English or Spanish
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Team-player attitude with strong attention to detail
