Masis Staffing Solutions is looking for Packaging Operators! This is a great opportunity with a food manufacturing company for individuals looking to start or continue a career in manufacturing. Prior experience is a plus but not required — we’re happy to train motivated team players!
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and maintain packaging machinery
- Inspect and package finished products for shipment
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety procedures
- Rotate through different workstations as needed
- Keep accurate documentation and reports
- Collaborate with your team to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to stand for extended periods (entire shift)
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Basic reading and math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Willingness to work flexible schedules.
- Must be able to read and write in English or Spanish
- Experience with packaging equipment is a plus, but not required
