AEP Developer (Adobe Journey Analytics Focus)
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer with 5+ years of experience, specializing in Adobe Journey Analytics (AJA), to join our dynamic team working on an exciting project with a leading Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) company. You will deliver actionable audience insights and analytics to drive personalized, data-driven marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and configure Adobe Journey Analytics (AJA) to analyze customer journeys across online and offline touchpoints for the QSR company’s digital initiatives.
Build and manage audience segments using AEP’s Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) for targeted marketing campaigns.
Implement tagging strategies using Adobe Experience Platform Launch to ensure accurate data collection for Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
Integrate Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to process and visualize customer behavior data.
Create custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations in AJA to provide actionable insights for marketers.
Utilize AEP’s Query Service and Experience Data Model (XDM) for unified customer data analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytics-driven solutions.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and implement consent management.
Provide training to marketing teams on AJA and analytics tools.
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), focusing on Adobe Journey Analytics (AJA).
Expertise in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform Launch for tagging.
Strong knowledge of AEP’s Query Service, XDM, and data ingestion processes.
Experience creating reports and dashboards in AJA.
Familiarity with integrating AEP with external platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and CRM systems.
Understanding of digital marketing analytics and audience segmentation.
Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and tagging tools (e.g., Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders.
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AJA, Adobe Analytics, or AEP is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the QSR or retail industries, particularly with audience analytics.
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud applications (e.g., Adobe Target).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
